BURNSWEST is a land development and property management company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We have numerous properties for lease or sale throughout Alberta. Our land holdings range from industrial gravel pits to farm land, and contain a wide range of physical structures such as office buildings, warehouses, industrial plants and residential houses. We are responsible to the community in which we operate and we act in harmony with its citizens, government and the environment.
Our land reclamation skills are foremost in the industry. All of our exhausted gravel pits, and plants are environmentally reclaimed and undergo positive transfromations as we implement our plans toward their final uses.
In our role as landlords we enjoy a healthy and mutually beneficial relationship with our tenants.
